Refund policy

At My Smell LLC, we do not ACCEPT returns. However, we do offer exchanges under the following conditions:

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.

Exchange must be requested within 7days of receiving your product, by contacting us at mysmellllc7@gmail.com. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item with proof, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
